What is on your menu for Easter dinner? I am doing dinner here for the 4 of us and possibly my neighbor because I am just SO tired of having to chase everyone around on holidays SO I need ideas on what to make besides the ham? I was also going to make green bean casserole but WHAT ELSE????

What's on YOUR menu????

I am doing dinner for about 10-15, depending on who is able to come.

We are doing
ham (and callimari's cherry mustard sauce)
Mac n cheese
potato casserole
yeast rolls
7 layer salad
asparagus
Easter bunny cake
key lime pie
brownies & cookies (can you tell desserts are our favorite part?)

I think that's it

Well we will be at my cousins with about 30 other people. I am not sure what all will be there. She did tell me she bought 2 20 pound hams and a 25 pound turkey. There will also be pies. All I am bringing is plastic eggs with candy for the egg hunt.

I always do ham, mashed potatoes (I just can't seem to serve ham without them), a cold lima bean/white corn/celery salad and cornbread. Nothing fancy but very easy and very good.

My Mom always made a coconut easter bunny cake when I was younger so I might attempt that now that Riley is three. If it works out, Riley will be thrilled. If is doesn't, its still cake and she'll still be thrilled. LOL

Is there any way we can move this thread back to chit chat? I put it there because I wanted to get as many responses as possible!?!?

I guess I am having it at my house this year again. I wasn't planning on it, but my mom wanted to stay in and not go out.

We are having either turkey or pork loin (my sis has a turkey, I have pork loin), scalloped potatoes, linguine with asparagus, corn, salad, green bean casserole and deviled eggs, little smokie roll ups. Not sure if there will be anything else.
