Well everyone-todays the last day before the main Easter event~~~ I have spinach dip to make, and bunny cakes to decorate so we're gonna be finishing off the chili I made yesterday.

Everyone else getting prepped and ready for tomorrow too???

Save yourself time if your not assembling today you can still always chop, slice and dice any or all veggies you need to prep for tomorrow....if youre taking a dessert you can even bake today and decorate tomorrow, last minute.

Entertaining everyone at your house...set the table tonight before bed...every time saver helps.

Once I get back from shopping for the food I"ll need hopefully I will finish painting the kitchen, get the drawers and doors back on the cupboards, and clean it up. Luckily everything I am responsible for making can be done before we eat at 2pm tomorrow

I got my three dishes I am taking tomorrow and done. Now it is a little bit of computer time for me!

We went to a new resturant by the dollar general store we went to today. It was super good and really cheap!

I had a bowl of potato soup with homemade dumplings in it,6 jumbo shrimp with homemade chips and cottage cheese on the side,ds 11 had a big bowl of chili & a huge baked potato with butter and big chunks of bacon in it,ds 7 had chicken tenders, orange slice, mashed potatoes and they both had apple sauce.Dh has a rueben sandwich, cole slaw and basket of homemade chips.

We all loved it and said we would be back there again!

I'm making an easy chicken enchilada recipe. If it turns out well, I'll post it.

Then tonight the mad assembly begins. I'll be baking a pie, the pineapple casserole and beer bread tonight. Then I'll assemble the mac and cheese to be baked tomorrow. And mixing up my gelatin desserts. Dang, typing it all out makes me realize how much I have to do!

We are having drunken chicken, corn on the cob, and garlic toast. I was going to have instant mashed potatoes; however, dh insisted on the corn. Can't complain b/c I love corn! I can't wait until tomorrow--I don't have to cook...Yay!
