here is a couple that came to mind:

*stuffed chicken breast~ flatten out a couple of chicken breast place season one side put stuffing in the middle roll up place a toothpick in to keep close and bake until chicken is done, top with gravy serve with cranberry sauce.

*potato cakes~ heat the mashed potatoes a little so you can work with them mix in bacon pieces, butter, salt, pepper, and finely chopped onion, and a little flour to keep them together. Form into thin cakes and fry in hot oil till golden. Good side dish. You could serve it along a ham & cheese omellette too.

*cream of potato soup with ham.
*pork fried rice using the ham

For the leftover ham make a basic white sauce, melt cheese into it, add cut up ham and potatoes, add salt to taste

You can use leftover potatoes on shepherd's pie.

You can add tuna and peas to mac and cheese for another meal.

The good thing is you can feeze all of it except for the cranberry sauce. And that may be freezable too but I have never done it.If your not using it today and this stuff is left over from Sunday I would be getting it in the freezer today.

I am dicing mine up today and puttting them in seal n save bags and having it for pizza's.I will get maybe 5 or 6 cups out of it and it will be 1 or 1 1/2 cups per bag depending how I eye ball it
