does anyone have a really good recipe for a homemade steak tenderizer? i really need one!! thanks!

I put kosher salt, garlic powder, montreal steak seasoning on ours.

I gotta tell ya I am NOT a fan of this stuff...I think it's unnecessary to add this to meat...as far as steaks in general go any good MARINADE (be it homemade or store bought)will tenderize a steak...bought a cheap steak???Let it marinade a whole day or two

Steaks should never be turned more the ONE time when your cooking them(grill or pan)

some steaks...like London Broil do best if you flip them alot.

Just look for HOW to cook your meat as opposed to what to add to it.
