We are having grilled porkchops, mashed potatoes and broccolii, cailiflower and carrot mix.

dh and I are having grilled pork tenderloin with scalloped potatoes and some kind of bread.

Porkchops in mushroom sauce, steamed spinach and garlic mashed potatos. Very easy, very affordable, very filling but most of all very yummy.
