We are having brats and burgers on the grill. I made a macaroni salad and cut up some fruit and made a fruit dip.

I made this quick meal the other night, a burritto skillet recipe from Kraft....it was pretty good, I added some frozen corn and crushed chips. Quick-Fix Beef Burrito Skillet

We are going to the Green Bowl - it's a stir fry buffet. You pick what you want in it and they cook it on a grill right there.
WooHoo!

I made Rachael Ray's Pasta Carbonara recipe (I love her 30 minute meals cookbook!) , but I didn't have any bacon in the house so I used a little bit of ham, and a couple tablespoons of Tastefully Simple Bacon Bacon.

Served it with a salad and some bread. Not bad!

Basil fettucine (something special about green pasta) with garlic tomato sauce and freshly grated mozzarella.
