These impossibly easy pies

Impossibly Easy Pies from Betty Crocker
I know I've made a ham and cheese one (great for Easter ham leftovers!)
and the cheeseburger one.

I also adapted this into a Chili Cheese Dog pie. I got hot dogs and chili in an Angel food distribution once and since DH doesn't like no name hotdogs I thought he might eat them if I chopped them up into a dish. He loved it!

So do the impossibly easy pies have the same consistency of quiche? They sound yummy.

I make a quick and yummy cinnamon roll with bisquick! The kids can help and they are done in no time.

Thanks Mommy2Mercedes but the one I am hoping to find doesn't have any fruit in it - it's more like an egg custard kind of thing - or maybe ottage cheese? I am going to check out the link Z&E's mommy posted and see if I find it there

You're all more adventurous with your Bisquick than I am.

I make the shortcake recipe (as in strawberry shortcake) and add a tablespoon or two of white granulated sugar and a bit of almond extract. They're yummy!

The only thing I use Bisquick for is the batter topping to chicken pot pie. I make pancakes and waffles from scratch.
