leftover homemade mac and cheese and salad. DS has a t-ball game tonight so we have to have a quick and early supper.

Taco Salad

not sure yet here either......Our butcher had ground chuck on sale yesterday so my Mom brought me 10 pounds of...filling up the freezer with meatloaves,meatballs,salisbury steaks and hamburgers for summer

and I still have some meat in fridge so I might toss a taco lasagna together or I still have 3 chicken breast I need to cook and lemon garlic chicken sounds good with rice....so one or the other


But sounds like evryones eating pretty good today...and ,sorry I forget the name,but someone does need to keep us posted on the salisbury steaks their making!

its dh's b-day so he picked beef n noodles bisquits and salad then chocolate cake and some ice cream.
