I have been trying to locate a copycat recipe for my favorite Ecce Panis bread- the Roasted Garlic loaf. It is a crusty artisan loaf studded with cloves of roasted garlic (which are still whole instead of mashed). I really would like to replicate it at home, keeping in mind I would be doing it either by hand or in my Kitchen Aid, as I don't have a bread machine. But this kind of bread could not be made in one, I wouldn't think. I would appreciate any input or suggestions. TIA
