Ok, I've been grilling for awhile now, so far I can grill a pretty mean steak! But my chicken breast always ends up dry. What am I doing wrong? Tonight I want to make chicken alfredo and I'd love to use the grill, it's a beautiful day! Then all I have to do is boil up the noodles inside on the stove. What should I marinate them in so they mesh with the alfredo noodles and stay moist on the grill?

Thats exactly what I made tonight! LOL I marniated the chicken all day and then grilled while the noodles were boiling and sauce heating, and garlic toast baking(you can grill it, but mine always burns) I never put breasts on the grill unless I marniade them first. Today I made one with olive oil, crushed garlic, honey, lemon juice, rosemary, apple cider vinegar, sea salt and pepper.

Your marinade sounds great! I'll have to remember that one!
I ended up using white cooking wine, olive oil, minced garlic, pepper, basil and oregano...oh my gosh they turned out GREAT! I pounded them out as well, so they didn't take as long to grill. I'll probably use this marinade a lot now and even for salads, etc. I can't believe how tender that chicken was!

start with the chicken slightly frozen in the middle, keeps it juicy. Do you have a meat thermometer? That helps to keep it from over cooking and making it dry.
I rarely marinate anything, most I use is some season salt, pepper medley and some herbs depending on what I'm cooking.
