Default looking for a waffle icecream bowl recipe

We went to cold stone creamery and had one of there chocolate dipped icecream bowls filled with icecream, YUMMY!! I have a waffle maker, has anyone ever made these bowls before?

Their are specific appliances for making these...regular waffle cone irons...I dont think you could do it with a reg waffle maker.

I don't know that a regular waffle maker would work...wouldn't the waffle be too thick?

If you have a waffle cone maker, that would work. Or a pizzelle maker...that would work. When the waffle/cookie is warm, you can make it into any shape you like, cones, bowls etc

I made these at a place I worked in college once... it is a special appliance that makes really thin waffles, then I folded them between two ladles. I really don't think it would work with a regular waffle iron.
