I have heard of cooking pizza on the grill. But How?? Do you use a cookie sheet? and do you make it like regular pizza??
I would love to try this this week..
Thanxs

It's very easy. Make sure your dough isn't sticky at all, and coat it with a layer of olive oil. Then place it directly on the grill for a few minutes (until the top starts to look puffy and the bottom seems done - bad description, sorry). Flip it, add your toppings and put the lid down until it's as done as you like. I usually stop when the dough seems firm and the cheese is all melted. Make sure your toppings are fully cooked as they won't be on the grill long enough to cook.

I haven't done this yet this year, but have pizza on the menu for Wed, so might cook it this way for a change! Great idea!

Here is what you don't do you don't put a pizza stone on the grill and try and cook a frozen pizza. Dh tried this last week. Cracked the pizza stone in half and ruined a good frozen pizza. Best of luck with the other suggestions.

The next time I will cook it, I'll use a lower temp...to help chees melt better..

I buy the pre-made pizza crusts(Mama Mary's).I don't do fresh or I think I would have a mess

You ladies are very good cooks to do it with fresh pizza dough
