Potatoes.......
Sometimes I will bake them in the Microwave and when they are almost done I will put them on the grill to crisp up the skin (it's my favorite part).
I also will take and slice them up (you can either leave the skin on or not), wrap them in foil or get those foil bag packs, add some butter, what ever seasonings you like. I use Salt, Mrs. Dash (table blend) a little onion and grill them about 10 minutes each side, maybe a little longer depending on how many you are grilling and how thin you slice them. Don't forget to spray the foil with Pam.

Potato packets are great!

Take a piece of foil and add in potato slices(Thin),any kind of veggies.I like carrots, onions and peppers, season salt and pepper and a pat of butter and seal up good.Don't forget to keep flipping them!

Carrots in foil with butter, salt, pepper and a touch of honey only if you want them sweet.

Corn wrapped in foil or left in the husk after being cleaned and rubbed with some butter and seasonings.

I don't really get fancy with veggies on the grill.I should but I don't.

we do potatoes halves i take a potatoe cook in the microwave until done(poke the skin with a fork first) then i take it out and cut length wise in half. then take butter and spread on it add salt and pepper(or you can use seasoining salts carlic herb is good) then i put them on the grill open side down to crisp it.. these are awesome.

you can do marinated veggies just buy a grill basket and marinate some fresh veggies i do zuccini sqaush carrots peppers onions... you can make a a kabob basket by adding chicken or steak chunks and some cubed potatoes.
