BBQ Pork Ribs in crockpot, french fries & salad

sweet & sour chicken stir fry with rice.

I bought one of those bags of frozen stir fry veggies. I hope it is good because it was cheaper than just buying the red bell pepper alone.

well....although I got lucky and managed to squeeze in a break today between rain storms it got hectic at dinner time...with my Dad and his friends stopping by to help dh w/putting in a new garage door...ended up not eating til 6... (personally I hate eating so late)so ended up just doing sloppy joes and corn on the cob.....had it with cajun butter though and man did it hot the spot
