I use fresh basil in paninis
I use a chabata bread cut into angled slices, oil the side that will be on the grill. I put cooked chicken breast, thick slice of fresh mozzerella, a slice of tomato and a few leaves of basil. By the way, the foreman grill works for a panini press.
