Friday's dinner never panned out becuae DH & I had to go out for a family emergency so I am going to attewmpt it tonight. Baked bonless, skinless chicken thighs, roasted,herb seasoned potatoes & steamed aspargus (Can you tell that I am on a diet. LOL!)
