Okay, my dd will not eat hardly any fruits or veggies!!!
She will eat peaches and grapes and green beans and broccoli. That is it!! Every once in awhile she will do some salad.
Any ideas on how to make stuff so she will eat more???

Have you tried smoothies....
I have a magic bullet mixer...love it!
I take frozen fruit...blueberries, strawberries, peaches...etc. Regular fruit can be used too...like bananas.
I then use frozen yogurt or ice cream....... or regular yougurt works great too. I sometimes add a little orange juice....but any juice will do....even sometimes milk. I will add slim fast for extra fiber for my older dd.

The good thing about smoothies is that you can mix it up...tweek it.

Blend and serve....it is kind of like a little frozed treat.

I also tried making frozen bananas....you freeze the banana and then dip it in chocolate. I suppose you could try this with any fruit.

Veggies is tough...I usually just try to add it to spagetti sauces. I also try to do fun dips for the veggies. My kids like ranch a lot and also melted cheese.

These are just a few tricks I have tried recently.
Good luck,
Heather

Does she eat tomatoes or drink orange juice? The only nutrient I'd be concerned about is a lack of vitamin C. Other than that, I wouldn't worry. She's going through a phase. My DD went for months saying she hated bananas then suddenly one day she wanted a 100% banana smoothie. What can you do?

ok i have one really picky one my oldest ds only eats corn and carrots for fruits its apples, pinapple and mango peach applesauce...so i puree my veggies into my pizza sauce he does not even notice once the cheese and pepperoni's are on...oh he will eat onions and chunks of tomotoe as long as its in spahgeti sauce so i add stuff there as well....

definately try the smoothie thing or ice cream thing for fruits that might work.

Try to add it in the spaghetti sauce. Also think of creative dips for her to dip her veggies in. I know that this doesn't sound appealing but a friend of mine the only way she could get her son to eat veggies is if he could dip them in ketchup! He dips them in there & eats them.
