I have discovered that my kids will eat stuff in tortillas!!
They usually just pick at sandwiches, but i started wrapping the meat and cheese in tortillas and they love it. They ask for them all the time.
So......what do you "wrap up"?

scrambled eggs...I like loaded ones with onions, peppers, black olives, sour cream and cheese, but the kids tend to stick to just cheese and eggs. If we've got it, I fry up some sausage or bacon for in there, too. Yummy burritos!
PB&J...sometimes with raisins

We go thru a lot of flour tortillas here at our house every week. My kids like all different kinds of combinations of cheeses, veggies, meats etc It's easy to find things to use up in the fridge. I 'toast' them in a fry pan, to melt the cheese/ingredients, brown the outside and then cut them up with a pizza cutter. We don't like them 'raw'...
My Dh likes eggs in tortillas...neither of my kids are fond of eggs, unfortuantely.
We don't do 'sweet' ingredients in tortillas, I just make crepes for things like fruit, nutella, dulch la leche etc

When dd was 2 or 3 I got a quesadilla maker for Christmas. I soon learned that she would eat about anything in a quesadilla. I would make chicken and cheese quesadillas with chopped spinach, mushrooms, black olives, and green peppers. I would do the same on pizza. I also sneak spinach into eggs, lasagna, baked mostoccoli, meatloaf, all kinds of things.

What ever you can get them to eat... We make all kinds of snack wraps.. My girls are hooked on McD knock offs. chicken, cheese and lettuce. I put a little ranch dressing in there too.
I have also made them buttered with sugar and cinnamon. They love them. Not much different than toast.
Warm with ham and cheese are my favorite. But we have tried everything. Now the girls ask for them.

We just had tacos for supper last night and in the package of tortillas, there was a yummy sounding recipe. You make an egg combo like you would for french toast (2 eggs, a splash of milk, a little vanilla) and dip the tortilla in it and fry in a skillet until golden brown (do both sides), then put a little fruit or pie filling in it and roll it up, sprinkle with powdered sugar. The kids and I are going to try them tomorrow morning.

Mission (who makes tortillas) also makes all kinds of flavored wraps. Sundried Tomato Basil, Spinach or Garlic herb, and Garden Vegetable to name a few. They are an awesome option for sandwichs too when you want a little ZING on the outside. Very yummy!!
