OK, this is kind of Kitchen related, so i thought I'd post it here. I thought I'd share one of my little keeping cool tricks for those hot, crazy days that you're busy with the kiddies...I put my body spray in the fridge...YUP! And OHHHH does it feel good when you take it out and spray it on your neck, arms, legs after a long hot day. When I am cooking and know my hubby will be home any moment I just pop over to the fridge and give a few sprays...not only is it refreshing, it doesn't smell like I've been working like crazy all day!!!

I keep the sunburn lotion in there. The Panama Jack aloe type stuff. Very cooling....dh freaks out when I put it on him, but I love the cool especially on a sunburn!

Sunscreen - helps it last longer, and then when you go out, keep it w/your cold drinks. Refreshing.

My brother fills up balloons w/water, some w/not much water, some full, and freezes them. Then he takes them out on hot days and sits back on them, and puts them wherever he needs some cold.
