I'm making one of Mommy2Mercedes recipes she had posted on here. It's called Super Cheap and Easy Oriental Toss. In fact, since it's going to be at least 100 degrees today, I've already made it, and it's in the fridge just waiting to be heated up in the microwave for dinner!! YUMMO!!

You'll love the oriental toss....it's hard to get any cheaper than that and still be good

I came accross a thread somewhere on here about using up kitchen stuff....so that's what we've been doing.......I have a ton of pasta so I cooked that tossed it w/leftover grilled chicken, steamed broccoli and a jar of garlic alfredo, handful of real parm on top.......kicked it in the oven for a few and oh man was it good...dd went on and on....of course like any 5 year old she's a pasta junkie!!!

breakfast: we killed off the cinnamon rolls
snack: watermelon
lunch: leftovers from last nights dinner(kinda heavy for a lunch but I am gonna clean out the fridge-see what I got and force myself to make another weeks menu-RyansMom is so good about it it makes me feel guilty )
and dessert: Dd and I ended up whipping up a batch of the Pina Colada Ice Cream posted in the Bizarre Food Holiday thread.......(I had pineapple, and 1/2 and 1/2 I needed to use up)
