Bisquick is one of those things you can do 100 things with........so other than pancakes...what do you make?????

One thing I make that we love is these little biscuits...they taste just like the ones from Red Lobster that we love!!!!!

4 c baking mix
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tsp parsley
1/3 c water
1 c milk

1/2 c melted butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dry parsley

Preheat oven to 375
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the bisquick, cheese,2 tsp parsley, milk and water. Mix until dough is firm. Using a small scoop, place dough on pan.

Bake at 375 10 to 12 minutes,golden brown.

Combine the melted butter, garlic powder, salt, onion powder and parsley. Spoon over baked biscuits immediately upon removing from oven.

I bet during fall and winter I make these 100 times w/soups and stews....sooooo good!!!!

Mostly we make pancakes! We have tried all different kinds and Bisquick ones are the best!

Sometimes I make Lasagna pie or cheeseburger pie

I actually quit buying Bisquick more than 3 years ago. I make my pancakes and biscuits from scratch. They taste alot better and it's cheaper to make from scratch than to buy Bisquick.

I use it for pancakes, waffles & cheeseburger pie. That's all I have used it for.

pancakes and coffee cake. I got the recipe off the box once. really good and super easy. never tried any of the other recipes off the box. the cheeseburger pie looks good, but looks like too much bread.

My family likes the "Ultimate Chicken Fingers" recipe that's on the box.

3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2 strips.
2/3 cup Bisquick mix
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line cookie sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. In 1-gallon plastic bag, mix Bisquick, cheese, salt and paprika.
Dip half the chicken strips into egg; place in bag of Bisquick mixture. Seal bag; shake to coat. Place chicken on cookie sheet. Repeat to use up remaining chicken. Drizzle butter over chicken.
Bake 12-14 min. turning halfway through bake time.

I don't buy Bisquick, just make my pancakes and biscuits from scratch also. My kids and husband never liked the pancakes I made with Bisquick anyway.

15 yrs ago i worked with a woman who used to bring in this "Impossible Pie" thing made with Bisquick. It was a dessert, sort of like a custard - I loved it!! It used to be one of the recipes printed on the box but it disappeared a long time ago. I have not been able to find anything similar since.

Edit: I think I just found it:

COCONUT DESSERT

3 tbsp. butter
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. sugar

Blend all ingredients for one minute. Pour into a greased deep dish pie pan or a casserole dish. Sprinkle top with coconut. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Shortcake biscuts.. the recipe is on the box. I add a little more sugar than it calls for. Grew up eatting it that way and my kids don't know anything else.. We use it for biscuts, pancakes, waffles, etc.. I have that same Red Lobster knock off that you posted. We make that a lot too..
