I love pumpkin w/ pecans or banana walnut. DH likes plain pumpkin or applesauce bread. My sil makes zucchini w/ chocolate chips and a banana blueberry, I can get her recipes if either interests you. I also just got a recipe for a rhubarb bread I haven't tried yet.

Beer bread! As a matter of fact, I got the recipe off of Mommysavers! IT IS THE BEST!!! And it tastes just like the Tastefully simple beer bread- only 4 ingrediants and very easy to make!!!

Beer Bread

3 cups self rising flour ( i buy walmart brand)
3 tsp sugar
12 oz (warm) beer (cheep beer works better, TS tells you that too)
3 tsp melted butter (must be butter to get the rich taste)

Mix flour, sugar & beer together, bake pour melted butter over top and cool.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min

Other options are Code Red (add a few chocolate chips to make it look like watermelon), Mt Dew (gives it a hawaiian bread taste), root beer

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
this one was from hope2- but like Kim- I add 1/2 cup of sugar instead of the 3 TBSP
