It is way to hot out to be cooking here.I am running the air conditioner today since it is so humid I can hardly stand it.

My dh grilled ribs last night, which we got from Angel Food. They were yummy. I'm on my own for supper, so I'm having leftover ribs.

I know that I was not going to cook because it is over 90 degrees but I put a Campbell's cheesey chicken & rice casserole in the oven 25 minutes ago. WHAT THE HECK WAS I THINKING?!?!?! It is near 125 dregees in my kitchen now! Oh well, I much rather deal with the heat for a little while then spend the money, that we don't have, on take out.
