Dh will be at work so it's a meatless meal for us: pancakes and fruit cocktail.

Today is DH's birthday!! WOO HOO!!

I am making a beef briskit, twice baked potato, ceasar salad, and his favorite peach cobbler for dessert.

OK, yesterday we ate out so today will be turkey cabbage and carrot tacos.

It is 9AM here and it is already 80 with 75% humidity! I honestly do not want to cook a darn thing tonight. I think it is going to be frozen pizza, cooked in the toaster oven, to keep the heat to a minimum in the house. LOL! That or left over fajitas from last night.

well dh is gone to bow league tonight so it will be something cool since it gonna be in the 90's and steamy humid out!

I am making Crock Pot Chicken Caccitore. I will open up a can of veggies and make some garlic bread.

Breakfast: pancakes and strawberries
Lunch: sandwich-dont know what kind yet.
Morning snack: bananas and milk
Afternoon snack: granola bars and juice
