I do the same thing..

For the one with the "doesn't taste grilled" use McCormic's hanburger or steak seasoning.. Yummy...

I mostly do marinated chicken, kabobs or thin steaks. I just have the little one. Any cleaning tips? I hate cleaning it.

We've had one for 4 years and have used it once. I'd rather use the real grill....even in the winter.
