My family love muffins and I usually try to make them from scratch, but it can get costly. For things like blueberry muffins, mixes are more cost effective. I just found Martha White packaged mixes for $.64 a pack and all it calls for is a 1/2 cup of milk! Each pouch makes 6 muffins, so I buy 2. The blueberry cheesecake and carrot cake muffins are the best, but the apple cinnamon are good too. They are cheap and good, just thought I'd pass it along.

I LOVE Martha White blueberry muffins. I've been using them for years. I think they are better than many homemade muffins I've had. They are cheap but I often get them on sale for .50 or less. Oh, the chocolate chip ones are great too.

If my kids(14 &17) want pancakes, they will use MW mixes instead of starting from scratch. They are pretty good, too, and lots of variety.
