Good morning ladies! What's cooking for dinner tonight?

Tonight is DD's open house at school so we are having spaghetti, salad and rolls, quick and easy!

Hmmmmm not sure. Today is the first day of school, as well as the 1 year anniversary of us moving into our new house. So I was thinking. Maybe I will make Tacos or spaghetti.

mommy&wifeisme. I wish I was organized like you. How do you do it?

We have leftover grilled pork loin, so I'm either going to make pork fajita enchiladas, or serve the pork with sweet potatoes and collard greens. It'll be up to DH to decide.

lunch: ham sandwich & sunchips for DH, tuna sandwich for me. Fresh cherries & cottage cheese for a snack.
dessert: homemade banana bread (that I will make sometime today)
