My husband gets paid every two weeks, thus I shop every two weeks. This time while planning a menu, I printed off several recipes from mommysavers. It was a lot of my menu. I will list below and I loved all of them, so did the family.

Poor man's lasgana (family really loved)
sugar free double layer chocolate pie
sugar free strawberry pie
peanut butter balls with crispie cereal
veggie stuffed peppers

tonight I am making vegetable pot pie. It will be out of the oven in just a few minutes. So, I will let you know. No dessert tonight. Girl Scout night. Plus I made a bread in the machine that is cranberry wheat.

The vegetable pot pie was great. I used brocolli instead of cauliflower. Hubby doesn't like it. Also a piece of advice. I do not do pie crusts. I use the premade. I would buy 4 crusts. Just two will not work in a 11 x7 pan. My bread turned out very yummy.

Hello Ladies:
Here is my updates. I made Vegetarian Mexican Casserole and Pudding Mix Cookies.
Both were very yummy. I must warn you. If you are not into too much spice, only use mild also in the casserole. The pudding mix cookies have a lighter taste like nilla wafers. They were very yummy and easy. I want to try with different flavors of pudding.

I tried the sugar free no bake cookies last night. They were very yummy. I ate too many of them. I guess I will have to make them again.

I made the ultimate veggie casserole and the sugar free banana cookies tonight. I was impressed with both. Especially the cookies. I plan on taking some to my grandpa tomorrow. He is diabetic.
