2 tsp worchestershire sauce

Saute beef, onion, & mushroom until beef is browned and onions are clear. Mix together soup, sour cream, milk, worchestershire sauce and pepper and add to beef & vegetables. Warm on medium heat until heated through. Serve over cooked & drained egg noodles.

Made this tonight an it was a hit. I didnt have 1 1/2 lb of hamburger, so I have some sauce/gravy leftover. I am going to try freezing it and than when I heat it up, add some more cooked hamburger. I also did not have noodles, so we did mashed potatoes. I was really great. MMMMM, if I would have had some potatoes left, I think I would be heating me up some more. Man, it was good. And super easy. We will be eating this again and again!

I tried this recipe a while ago and it's become a regular at our house, dh absolutley loves it and he is hard to please. Sometimes if I don't have buttery crackers I just use saltines instead and it's fine.

Chicken Noodle Casserole

Even you could do this aliadam. It's so QUICK & EASY! Just the way I like it.

RECIPE FROM MOMMY2MERCEDES
Recipe was absolutely fabulous and easy! Meat just fell off the bones and was super moist.
What I did different: I made mashed potatoes instead of just throwing them in the crockpot since I knew my family would not eat them that way. I also made gravy out of the drippings.
Again, fabulous. DH like the chicken cooked this way, way better than in the oven or in my rotisierre thing.

Crock Pot Chicken Dinner

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1 whole frying chicken, rinsed, guts removed
8 large carrots, peeled and cut into 2 in pieces
6 potatoes, peeled
1 pkg dry onion soup
1 1/2 tsp basil
1 c chicken broth

Put chicken, carrots and potatoes in slow cooker.
Mix rest of ingr and pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on high about 5 hours or on low for about 9 hours, til chicken leg and thigh come off easily when pulled. :happy dance:

I would love to know when someone tries a recipe that they like. I just printed several recipes bc I am going to start trying them rather than just looking at all of them.

I am going to try the following and will let you know how they come out:
Turkey Pot pie from araefinn
Creamy Tomato Chicken Penne from swishna
Chicken Broccoli Casserole, Crock Pot Chicken, broccoli and cheese and Crock Pot Italian Tortellini from mommy2mercedes
