I will do a post on my own recipe. I made this one up and it is really good. Not quite creamy enough for me, but just the right amount of sweetness. I did get some liquid coffee creamer (have company coming and I do not think that they would try my mix) so I did use a splash of that with the dry mix and it is great. Usually I can go thru one bottle (16 ozs) by myself in less than I week, plus I was still adding sugar. Now I figure that even if I use both (dry mix and liquid creamer) I can now actually use the recommended about of 1 tablespoon and it will last me a lot longer. So I am still using the liquid creamer, but not buying it as much.

Mocha Coffee Creamer

1/2 cup sugar
1 cup nonfat dry milk
2 tablespoons cocoa

Combine all ingredients in zip-lock or vacuum seal bag (or jar!), whatever container you prefer. To Use: add 1- 2 Heaping Teaspoons per mug of coffee.

Cream Cheese Potato Soup by M2M

Totally fabulous! Made a triple batch and was lucky to get a little bit for leftovers tomorrow. Creamy thick and yummy. Perfect for our blizzard like weather we had today.

We did that cranberry potroast a while back but wasn't nuts about it. Just last week we did the "No cream soup" pot roast that is in the crockpot section and it was VERY good. Made terrific gravy.

Crispy Oven-Fried Fish Fillets

I found and posted this recipe the other day. I finally did it tonight. I did not think that it was that great. Kinda dry, but I do not know if that is because I used a different kind of fish than what the recipe called for. I will not be making this recipe again. Thank goodness the kids still ate it. I did not eat my piece.
