We are having Tater Tot casserole, I've never made it before and it always sounds so good whenever I see it posted, so tonight's the night!

Breakfast: bagels, cream cheese, cereal
Lunch: Leftover turkey and stuffing, PB&J for DS

Mmmmm ~ we love Tator Tot Casserole at our house.

Not really sure what we are gonna have....Goulash is what is on the menu, but I am thinking I may rearrange things and have Tomato Chicken Gumbo instead.

Breakfast: waffles, scrambled eggs and milk
Lunch: Spagettios, cheese stick and juice
Dinner: I HAVE NO IDEA! I will have to think about this one some more
Morning and afternoon snack: fruit, fruit cups, graham crackers, go gurts-anything they want...well almost.

Figured out dinner!
I have some store bought crab cakes, catfish, corn and baked potatoes with butter, cheese, bacon, etc.

Please note under Kitchen Chatter that I am looking for a recipe for a beer batter for the fish. If anyone has a recipe, please help me out. THANK YOU!

Breakfast was Perkins- hubby took us all out for breakfast this morning before DD1 went off to school...

Lunch, I have no clue yet, probably just a quick sandwich

dinner is my birthday dinner at my parents house. We are having a BBQ with my family, parents and a few close friends.
