OK, so...

If I'm going to freeze the shredded zucchini, do I have to drain it with salt first to get excess water out?

If I'm going to freeze it in chunks ready for sauteing (sp?), do I have to blanch it first, or is it fine to freeze raw?

I looked it up. Simply freeze your zucchini.

For the slices, I'd lay them out on a cookie sheet, freeze them then put the frozen slices in a freezer bag to store.
