Oh my goodness, stop with the chemicals already! Plumbers charge extra if a drain cleaner has been used for a reason.
You need a helper - a plumbers helper. Have a partner hold down the drain plug on the disposal side of the sink. Put a plunger in the other drain and push / pull a couple of times. That should loosen the clog. BE VERY CAREFUL because all that drain cleaner can come squirting back at you and permanently damage your eyes. You and your helper should wear eye protection and drape old towels over the plunger and the stopped drain just to keep down the splashing. BTW, it helps if there is a little standing water in the sink when you do this.
If that clears the clog, run the dishwasher (if you have one) EMPTY for one cycle. You'll be surprised how much gunk gets into the dishwasher.
Also run copious amounts of water down both drains to flush out all that drain cleaner.
If the plunger down't work, try running a snake (a long metal spring) down the drain. You can easily find these at a hardware store for not much money. Again, you put the snake down the side that doesn't have the disposal.
If the snake doesn't work, there is one more thing to try. Under the sink you'll find the drain and it has a curve in it. At the bottom of the curve, there might be a plug. You'll have to unscrew that to clear out the clog. Be sure to put a bucket under the drain before you do this because there is a lot of gunky water in there. Again, be careful. That drain cleaner is very dangerous! If your drain doesn't have a plug, then you'll have to take off the lower curve of that drain. Yes, it can be done. Again, be careful.
If NONE of those moves work, then it is time to call a plumber that specializes in drains. Your problem might be farther down line.
