I usually make my own home made cookies. I always have. I do know a lot of people who buy the premade dough and I am wondering how much of a difference there is. I got all of these coupons for $1.50 off of pillsburry premade dough and I am wondering if they are worth using. I know that after the twins come I won't really be making the cookies and doing the baking that I am now...there just won't be time for at least the first few months.

I have had people tell me that they cannot taste much of a difference, and I am wondering if that's true. I have purchased "fundraiser cookie dough" from our preschool here and that is pretty good stuff, but it's spendy. I usually get three tubs a year from that fundraiser. Isn't it pretty much the same as the store bought cookie dough?

I do both...I still make a lot of homemade cookies but then I also use the premade frozen dough. I buy the frozen dough from my neice's fundraiser. I can definately tell the difference though, but I can tell the difference with everything - sauces, cakes, cookies etc...I have a sensitive palate perhaps! LOL!
