I made a double recipe of chicken caccitore (sp) and served it on pasta. What besides having the identical meal again can I do with the rest of it to make it a different meal?

I have a lot of the chicken broth/spaghetti sauce juices leftover (about 1 1/2 Cups) as well. Help! I don't want the exact same meal over again!

What all did you have it in?I only ask cause people make it different.I was thinking of throwing it in the crockpot and making a gumbo or soup?
