Has anyone tried the MorningStar Spicy Black Bean Veggie Burgers? They are fantastic and can really add a lot of flavor to a bland salad if you cut it up and throw it over the top. I really enjoy them and so do my kids.

Everyone who has come over and tried them at my house are now hooked.

Give them a whirl and let me know what you think.

Enjoy!

I'm not a huge fan of the black bean ones myself...we just get the regular veggie ones. I cook them in the toaster, and it works pretty darn well! I eat them a lot for a quick lunch...

my kids like the cheddar ones!! (we are vegetarian) we also like the chick ones as well!!
my kids love the chicknstrips!! I will make those and put them on salads!!
The Blackbean ones are really good but they can be a bit spicy for kids and people who cnanot stand spicy!

Oregano I never thought of the toaster!! hmmm!!!

I just pop them in frozen...and in my toaster they need to go down twice. They get nice and hot and no clean up!

You are a clever mommy! I like them better in the oven than microwave but I don't like to run the oven for just 1 or 2 of them. I don't have a toaster oven and it never occurred to me to put them in the regular toaster. Thanks!!

I like those too. You should also try "Amy's California Burgers" if they sell them in your grocery store. The "Morningstar Farms" Sausage patties and chick nugget and patties are great too. We eat them in a toasted pita or on a bun with all of the regular "fixins".
