Breakfast: Corned beef hash and eggs, banana bread and milk
Lunch: Turkey sandwich, applesauce, chips ahoy bar, and juice
Dinner: Grilled salmon, Parmesean rice, veggie
Snacks: older kids get snacks at school. For little guy at home, crackers and bananas
Snack after school or before bed: cereal bars, fruit, go gurt, pudding-not all of that, but that is what they have to choose from.

Tonight is baked Ziti, that just has to be warmed up. I made it last night knowing we had soccer practice tonight until 6:30. I also made brownies for dessert which we do not often get. DH has tonight and tomorrow night off, so we need to make it special.

I did it, I put my chicken in the crock pot this morning with some cream of chicken soup. I will make mashed potatoes and some veggie too.

Well, now that my in-laws have gone home (who like to eat out) I will be getting back to cooking again! Tonight is cheesy veggie enchiladas, by request from DH and DS#1.
