I recently got a kitchenaid stand mixer and I'm looking for recipes that I can use to put my mixer to good use. Any tips or recipes? Please share.

I mostly just use mine for baked goods, and breads.

I would love to get the pasta or sausage attachement and expand on my uses that way.

When it's not 100 degrees outside I use my mixer 3 or 4 times a week. I make my pound cakes in it (the recipes are in the desert forum somewhere), I make all different kinds of cakes and I use it for breads and rolls. I adore my Kitchen Aid, I've had it for years.

everything!!!

It works great for mixing any kind of dough or batter. Try a new roll recipe. Do you have a dough hook? I love that thing. I would really like the juicer or pasta maker attachments.

I have made just about everything in the recipe section of the book that came with it.

I do have the dough hook, but I have to say up until not long ago, I was a box baker. I'm very new to this and bread intimidates me. The roll sounds interesting. I'll have to check that forum. I am only just testing recipes and have only found two that I would make again. Starting out, I'm finding I don't have much of anything to bake with. I only have a bundt pan, a loaf pan, and a square pan. I have a glass dish that I use for 9" cakes and I just recently got a second cookie sheet. It's all so expensive. I got a the loaf pan, square pan and a cookie sheet at a yard sale. I always keep my eyes open. Thanks for the tips.
