It is so cold out and I think it might rain.So we are having something comforting.It is a new recipe called Country Scalloped Potatoes with ham,Green Beans & rolls.

We are tying something new too ~ Swiss Chicken Casserole (from a small local cookbook). I am gonna alter it some and add some Ham so it's more like a Chicken Cordon Bleu dish.

We'll see how this goes over

Lunch: turkey roll ups, cheese, fish crackers, grapes and juice
Dinner: lasagna, corn, garlic bread
Dessert: Leftover peach cobbler
Snacks: crackers with PB, fruit cup or cereal bar

lunch- chicken nuggets & mac & cheese (salad for me)
snack- cheez it crackers and jelly sandwich stars
dinner- crock pot, pot roast w/ veges & salad
desert- carrot soda cake

Lunch: eggplant/tomato/garlic brushetta
Dinner: Red potatoes and saute'd swiss chard (I have to think of a protien to add, maybe a bean of some sort)

and rainy here too. I think I am going to make chicken, potatoe cheddar soup for dinner. Who knows, I may even throw some broccoli in too.
