I am known for: jambalaya, beef arm roast, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, strawberry kiwi salad, grilled hot wings, chocolate chip cookies, spaghetti sauce, grilled catfish rub, lasagna, enchiladas....

I also hear that I can throw anything together and it will taste great.... I'm not bragging, I promise - cooking is pretty much the only thing I'm good at.
