What dishes can I sneak these into for extra protein-I think that is what you get from beans. I am looking for ideas on how to use these to make hamburger (or anything else) stretch a little more. I want to know if I can cook them and than maybe mush them up and mix them up into meat, sauces, etc. Silly I know. But if my family sees that there are beans in their food, they will not eat it. The only meal I can put them in that they see them is chili. I am not big on eating beans either.

You can actually make alot of different kind of "burgers" out of beans but most of the recipes call for black beans...kidney or butter.

If you are really looking to utilize beans...you wanna check the vegetarian recipes.

I am looking to utilize them, just not by themselves. I was hoping to see if I cant cook them, mush them up and add to meat (hamburger), casseroles, etc. I really dont want to know that I am eating them. I know this sounds so crazy!
