TGIF! It is supposed to be a beautiful weekend here and we have circus tickets for tomorrow, so I am really looking forward to a much needed family weekend!

Not sure yet...I was thinking of trying a new recipe for Feijoada (Brazilian Black Bean Stew). I had an AWESOME recipe, years ago and I can't find it! Ugh! So I'm on the search...

Anyhow I forgot to put the beans in water to soak overnight, so I'll probably make it tomorrow.

Dh and I might go out to dinner tonight anyhow, so we're still firming up our plans. Otherwise I have some nice salmon fillets that I can cook up, salad and asparagus.
