We are having a late breakfast here Eggs, Bacon, and Hashbrowns.

The football game is at noon ~ and I usually do some easy comfort food in the crockpot. Today I was thinking of Cheesy Potato & Kielbasa soup. YuM!!

We're going to my MIL's for dinner...not sure what we're having. I'm making chili right now. Have to test my recipe for the neighborhood chili cook off in a few weeks!

For breakfast I made some donuts out of cheap tube biscuits, for lunch we had leftover baked potatoes fried with onions, and peppers and left over chicken. For supper I am making taco salad, my dh and kids love this dish and it's so simple.

I had to work today and my husband isn't the best with food so this is what the kids had today:
Breakfast - granola bars and milk
Lunch - Beefaroni (from a can GROSS!!!) and chocolate cake
Dinner - Meatball subs and fries

I think from now on I will try to make foods ahead so all he has to do is stick them in the oven.

Made a big pot of potato soup, and then some homemade peanut butter brownies, all from stuff we already had here (except the cheese for the soup)...had cereal for breakfast/lunch (woke up at 1130)
