I was just looking at some of the freezer recipes. I am trying to find some that you can freeze the leftovers. I would like to cook everything and then freeze it and just reheat, is this possible with anything other than soup?

Well...I freeze things like spaghetti sauce, stew, soup etc If I buy something like pork chops or chicken breasts in bulk, I put dinner size amts into ziploc freezer bags with some marinade and freeze them until I need them. Not much more than that though...

I have made dinner sized lasanga and tator tot hot dish and froze them.. I use the metal bake ware from the store.. i just prep it, cover, date and deep freeze it.. When i need it I pull it from the freeze bake as i always do. I have also done this with cookies.. then just pull out 2 or 20 depending on how many i need. Hope this helps a little

Most baked casseroles, enchiladas, etc you can do this with. You can freeze cooked meatloaf (I make mine into little muffins and then freeze). I've frozen beef stroganoff before - the sour cream made it look a little funny but it cooked up about the same and tasted the same.

I do it with everything.

Soup,
stews,
casseroles,
any type of meats,
gravy,
stuffing,
potatoes,
veggies(I like to add them all to a bag and when it gets full make a veggie soup and toss in a piece of meat I had left over and put in the freezer too),
any type of sauce(make sure to label the baggies),
any type of baked goods.

You can do it with any thing.
