A member would like some Crockpot recipes and I know we can all help her out! There is some food's she doesn't like and I posted those too. Please come and help and post your recipes.

Thanks~

She would like good recipe's for BBQ ribs in Crockpot and chili and her family likes chicken but She doesn't like whole tomatoes or stewed tomatoes and not too crazy about many veggies other than squash, zucchini, yams, corn and green beans.

I make quite a few diff kinds of ribs in the crock pot(all the recipes are posted...just do a search under crock pot for "ribs")

but these are prob my fave........

4 ps pork baby back ribs
salt and pepper to taste
1 c honey bbq sauce
1 c chili sauce
1/2 onion finelcy chopped
1/2 c packed brown sugar
4 Tbs vinegar
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 dash hot sauce

Preheat oven to 400.
Season ribs with salt and pepper. Place in a shallow baking pan. Brown in oven 15 min. Turn over, and brown another 15 minutes; drain fat.
Mix the ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and salt and pepper. Place ribs in slow cooker. Pour sauce over ribs, and turn to coat.
Cover, and cook on Low 7 to 8 hours, til ribs are tender.

This is my families absolute favorite chili...although NOT a crock pot recipe you could easily cook the meat then mix all and crock pot on low 2-4 hours.

2 pds ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt
5 cans tomato sauce
1 (8oz)mild hot whatever ya like jar salsa
1 packet chili seasonings
2 15oz can kidney beans drained and rinsed

brown beef, garlic and onion...then mix in rest of ingred and simmer on stove 90 min.(or crock pot on low 2-4 hours)

This is a killer chili.......you will not believe something so fast and easy is sooo good.
