Say you run out of flour and didn't know it and you need just 2 tbsp...what would you use instead?

more baking powder? corn starch? anything?

It's for the filling in lemon bars, I had enough for the crust, thought I had more in the freezer...

2 eggs, 1 tsp baking powder, 3 tbsp lemon juice and 3/4 c sugar

Since it's probably just for thickening...you could try to use some cornstarch (1 1/2 tsp for each tablespoon of flour needed).
