Thai Veggie Curry

it was chicken noodle soup and mashed taters yesterday (which DH cooked but I didn't know it was men make dinner day...he usually cooks anyway, lucky me!)
wednesday was stuffed bell peppers and sweet peas
today will probably be date night, but probably cheap mexican food..lol yummmmmm'

Crock pot Chicken Teriyaki with rice and salad, and a lemon bundt cake for dessert (it's Friday and Mama wants a treat!)

Fried shrimp, cheese grits, and hushpuppies. Fattening, I know, but I have had a mean craving for some shrimp lately!
