We will all have tons of left over turkey and we need idea's to use it up.So this next week it will be recipes to use up the turkey.If you have recipes please post them here or idea's of how to use them up.

I know! Once it went below 50 I started freaking out every time I saw it!
I'm actually hoping I have leftovers so I can try this recipe!
Come on Ladies post your Left Over Turkey Recipes and how you use it up.I know we all have lots left over and wondering "what are we going to do with all that turkey?"
2 c cubed cooked turkey
3/4 c turkey gravy
1 c shredded carrots
2 c leftover stuffing
1 can corn, drained
2 c warm mashed potatoes
In a greased 2-qt. baking dish, layer the turkey, gravy, carrots, stuffing and corn. Top w/ potatoes.
Bake, uncovered, at 325 45-50 min,til edges of potatoes are browned.
These may sound weird but they are what we do and make it a whole different meal.
Make Bufflalo wing sauce and cook some of the turkey in it. This is great on bread or on a bed of lettuce.
Shread some of it and simmer it in bbq sauce. This is my kids favorite. Make mashed potato salad out of the leftover potatoes and you are set with a side of baked beans.

What all do you put in the mashed potato salad?I would like to try it.Not sure how to go about doing it.
