OK, I've read many posts about this in the past and I was looking for good recipes to make mini loaves of bread! Plus instructions on how to convert a full bread recipe to a mini loaf recipe!

I also found directions once on here on how to make Caramel Apple Butter and if I can, I was thinking to hand that out with a mini loaf of what?? Just white bread? Wheat? Anyone have a good recipe for that???

Oh, and if you know of a good brownie, cake or muffin recipe can they be put in mini loaves instead? What would you do to the cooking temp and time at that point?

How far ahead of time can you make these? Will they go bad after a few days? I know you can freeze some breads, but I had someone give me bread once that they'd frozen and DH said it tasted stale (he thru it out before I could taste it).

And finally, once I have all these mini loaves made, does anyone have any good ideas on how to package them? Should I wrap them in saran wrap or foil? Or both? Plus I was wanting to put them in baskets, but since this idea is somewhat new to me I have not been stocking up from garages, etc. Does anyone know where I can find cute but cheap baskets?? Maybe a bread basket with a napkin or something??

I know it's a lot of questions, but I'm hoping to figure all this out so I can get this stuff done! THANKS!!!
