I like fat free hazelnut creamer either store brand or coffeemate with folgers smooth stomach coffee, whatever its called. I would much rather make that then buy a coffee at starbucks. My coffee maker is my friend.

A little fat-free half and half and Splenda. When I want a treat, I skip the Splenda and add a dash of sugar-free Torani syrups (french vanilla, hazelnut, etc.).
